Unfortunately, no. Our area of speciality are "How To" books that generate leads and clients for our small to medium business clients.
Who owns the copyright?
You do!
Do you write my book, edit it and proofread it?
Yes! Not only that, we'll typeset your book so it's ready for physical printing. We'll also design your book cover and we'll write your back cover, too. Finally, we'll prepare your book for Amazon KDP and PDF, too.
How long before my book is ready?
From discovery call to final draft most books are done within 12 weeks or so. Sure, some are faster and yes, some are slower.
Do you need to interview me or have access to recordings of me speaking?
If you have recordings, we'll use them. If not, then we can interview you as an optional extra.
How long will your book be?
Every book is different, but usually between 140-200 pages - more than enough to share your brilliance and get clients from your book.
Do you print my book?
No - we're not printers. We'll get it ready for printing though and you need to do is place an order with a commercial printer. We recommend friesens.com for big print runs and blurb.com for small print runs.
What if I'm not happy with my first draft?
It's really simple. We'll rewrite the content until you're happy. Having said that, rewrites are rare because we work on your book one stage at a time... and at each stage you sign off. This prevents unpleasant surprises.
Do you write a book outline before writing the book?
Yep, we do. It's actually a critical step in the process. It's good for you, as the client, because you can see the direction of your book. It's good for us because we can buckle down exactly what you're looking for.
Special note: We of course expect revisions and updates to the book outline. That is included in the price. But if we draft a book outline and you want to change direction (meaning we have to scrap most of the original) then there'll be an extra charge of $500 to start fresh.
Are there extra charges for changes?
Yes, there can be. An example might be after we've typeset your book and it's ready for printing... and you request more images and illustrations to be added. Or you request to add more content, even though you've given final approval. In that case, we will ask for an extra fee (nothing over the top) to cover the extra work that was out of initial brief.
What sets your service apart?
We guarantee you'll get at least $100k in sales in the first 12 months from people that read your book... who then become a client.
That sounds too good to be true. What's the catch?
There's no catch - it's real simple math actually. We're just applying The 1% Rule that you learned about in the video.
Plus, of course, you'll need to commit to taking consistent action, too. After all, this is your book. This is your business. These are your dreams - we'll commit to you... just as long as you commit to yourself.
